Mrs. Moreau - 7th grade Homeroom, Advanced Math, and Religion
What a blessing it is to be a part of the Stella Maris community, especially this particular 7th grade class! We, as a class, are capable of being generous, compassionate, humble and forgiving, and we can care for each other as true friends. This year we will invite Jesus to be a part of our class through our hours of prayer across the school year. We will ask Him to take the people we are - our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and make us grow through His grace. 7thgrade will be a blessing to our lives as we mature as Catholics.
Ms. Jones - 8th grade Homeroom, Religion, Science, and Algebra

Since 2003, I have taught ESL, preschool and varying grades in K-8 schools in Alpine Union and Hemet Unified School Districts. For the last 3 years, I was the middle school STEAM teacher at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart School in San Diego. I am very excited to start this new chapter of my life and look forward to being a part of the faith-filled, lifelong learning community at Stella Maris Academy.
Mrs. Zentmyer - Middle School ELA
What is it about the smell of new crayons and freshly sharpened pencils? In a word, it’s potential. As I open the boxes and the scent of crayons wafts up, I’m thinking of all the wonderful vocabulary and literary illustrations we’ll do this year. The pencils are just waiting to have something marvelous to put on a page in word or design, and I’m anxiously waiting to see what that will be. The first day of school is inching ever closer. Then, our journey of learning together will begin! We’ll learn not only about grammar, information, and processes but also about each other and life in general. I’ll see all of you soon!
